Along with the motivation of the Crossed-Strait ECFA (Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement), Taiwan-funded banks are increasingly developing their business into the mainland of China. With principles of professionalism, our lawyers have routinely provided high quality legal services to numerous Taiwan-invested banks. We also actively participated in numerous syndicated loan transactions on behalf of the various parties, including borrowers, arrangers, agents or participating lenders. • Representing Mega International Commercial Bank， Suzhou Branch in its syndicated loan of USD 100 million，the first ever USD syndicated loan arranged by a branch of Taiwan-funded bank in the mainland of China
