Mr. Lee graduated from Fudan University in August 2003 and obtained the PRC Bar Qualification in 2005.

Prior to joining L&L-Leaven, Mr. Lee worked for Shanghai Chan & Chang Consulting Co., Ltd. and Shanghai JH Alliance Law firm. For almost a decade in his legal career, Mr. Lee’s practice focus has been on general corporate practices, real estate development and leasing, offshore company legal service, merger and acquisition, foreign investment. In recognition of Mr. Lee's excellent performance, he was invited to serve as legal counsel to several major real estate companies, international retail enterprises, well-known catering companies and a five-star hotel.

Her prominent cases include:

• Merger and Acquisition between an international retail chain company and a domestic retail company.


• Provided legal service to several Taiwan-funded companies for their investment of commercial real estate development in China.


• Provided legal service to a well-known Taiwan catering company for its investment in the mainland of China.


• Participated in the establishment of a Joint Venture representing a Taiwan-funded dental implant center and participated in the application and setting up of the dental clinic in Shanghai.


• Representing a five-star hotel in its claim for huge amounts of debt.
