Ms. Michelle Deng received her LL.B. degree from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2009, and her LL.M degree from Fudan University in 2012. She passed the PRC Bar in 2013.

Ms. Deng joined L&L-Leaven, Attorneys-at-Law in 2013, and her practice focus has been on real estate development, property lease, foreign investment, share transfer and corporate matters.

Ms. Deng’s works include:

Providing legal service to an international retail group for its investment in China.

Providing legal advice to a well-known financial group for its investment in commercial real estate development in China.

Participating in application and setting up of wholly foreign owned enterprises in China.
