Ms. Alice Chang received her LL.B. degree from Shanghai International Studies University in 2013, and passed the PRC Bar in 2013.
Ms. Chang joined L&L-Leaven, Attorneys-at-Law in 2013, and her practice focus has been on corporate M&A, foreign investment, dispute resolution and general corporate matters. After joining the firm, she has participated in several high-profile projects, including but not limited to large-scale M&A, IPO and contract dispute cases.
