Mr. Kevin Wei Chen received his LL.B. from the Law School of Fudan University in 2003. The same year Mr. Chen served as counsel in Shanghai Chan & Chang Business Consulting Co., Ltd. He specialized in aspect of foreign investment, merger and acquisition and general corporate matters.
From 2007 to 2012, Mr. Chen joined Shanghai JH Alliance Law Firm was admitted to the PRC Bar in 2009.
Mr. Chen’s practice focuses on real estate development, investment and contract dispute resolution.
