Oliver Hung is graduated in law for LL.B. from the National Taiwan University and further received a LL.M. degree at National Taiwan University. He received another LL.M. degree at Duke University, USA. Mr. Hung joined Lee and Li, Attorneys-at-Law, Taiwan since 1998 and has a wide range of practices with a special focus on merger and acquisition and intellectual properties related matters in particular in high tech investment, joint venture, mergers and acquisitions, going private transactions and technologies licensing.
