Mr. Jonathan Yi-Sen Chan graduated from Tunghai University, Taichung, Taiwan. He pursued graduate studies in the Law School of Southern Methodist University, Texas, USA and received the degrees of LL.M and J.D. He was admitted to both New York State Bar and Washington D.C. Bar.

He joined Lee and Li, Attorneys-at-Law, Taiwan and specialized in the areas of corporate and capital markets consultation. In particular, he was experienced in the legal consultation services for the development of real estate projects and shopping malls as well as the advisory services for merger and acquisition and corporate planning. Later, he was appointed as the General Manager of Warner Village Cinemas for the Taiwan region.

In 2003, he moved to Shanghai and started the consultation services for cross-border merger and acquisition, Hong Kong exchange listing and general corporate practices within the greater China region. At the same time, he set up several companies in China and served as chairman for companies involved in real estate development projects and other investment projects in Shanghai. He is experienced in the legal advisory services and business operations for investments in China.
